Retired Major General Rabe Abubakar was laid to rest in Katsina amid tears and tributes from family, colleagues and residents.

The former military officer was buried according to Islamic rites in his home state. Mourners gathered to pay their last respects, recalling his years of service to the Nigerian Armed Forces.
