Hilda Baci, a popular Nigerian chef, has received her third Guinness World Record certificate plaque, solidifying her position as a three-time record holder. This latest recognition stems from her record-breaking feat of preparing the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice in 2025, which also set the record for the largest serving of rice overall.

Hilda expressed her gratitude through a video on her Instagram, saying, “Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it.” She also thanked her team, Guinness World Records, and everyone who supported her throughout her journey.

This achievement follows her previous records, including the longest cooking marathon in 2023, where she cooked continuously for 93 hours and 11 minutes.
