RETIRED GENERAL GARBA GOLOLO REMANDED IN KUJE PRISON.

The Federal High Court has remanded retired General Garba Gololo at the Kuje Correctional Centre after he was arraigned on allegations of cyberstalking and spreading defamatory video material.

The court issued the remand order while adjourning to hear his bail application. A date for the bail hearing has not yet been announced.

Gololo faces charges linked to the online publication of a video said to contain defamatory claims. Prosecutors allege the content violated cybercrime laws. The identity of the complainant and specifics of the video were not made public at the hearing.
