• Security: The leaders expressed concern over the Sahel region’s deteriorating security situation, with Tinubu requesting used helicopters for intelligence reconnaissance.
• Creative Arts and Skill Development: Both countries will cooperate in creative arts and skill development, with Germany proposing the establishment of a Great Museum of African Arts.
• Railway Development: The two leaders also agreed to strengthen cooperation in railway development.
