The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted bail to Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as “Blessing CEO,” in the sum of ₦10 million with two sureties.

Blessing was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, before the court on allegations of obtaining ₦36 million under false pretences. She pleaded not guilty to all charges.

According to the EFCC’s custody record from the Lagos Zonal Directorate 1, Awolowo Road, the charge is listed under CR No. 4311/2025, Section 77A, for “an alleged case of obtaining money by false pretence.” The detention date on record is 10-11-2025.

Her lawyer requested that she be kept at the EFCC facility while bail conditions were being met. However, the prosecution counsel told the court that the EFCC detention centre was already full and could not accommodate her further.

The judge then ordered that she be remanded at a correctional facility pending the fulfillment of her bail terms.

The case is expected to continue on a later date.
