The Imo State Police Command has arrested a syndicate involved in various crimes, including kidnapping, murder, child trafficking, and terrorism. According to CP Audu Bosso, 16 suspects have been apprehended, including Chinonso Ugochukwu, Chibuzor Okafor, Ohaka Chukwuka, and Ezekwe Chinyere.

Recovered items include firearms, ammunition, explosives, charms, and IPOB insignia. One suspect, Chinonso, confessed to kidnapping and murder, leading to the exhumation of two bodies. The Anti-Kidnapping Unit also arrested Amucha Nkemdirim Innocent and Mike Okafor for kidnapping and murder.

The suspects will be arraigned in court soon, said Commissioner of Police, Audu Garba Bosso.
