A Federal High Court has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to remove the African Democratic Congress, Accord Party and three other political parties from its register.

The court ruled that INEC should deregister the parties based on grounds presented before it during proceedings. The directive affects the ADC, Accord and three additional parties whose identities were listed in the judgment.
