The All Progressives Congress, APC, has released a revised Presidential Campaign Council list for the 2027 general elections, naming the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, and Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo among its members.

The list was made available to journalists on Tuesday and confirms that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will serve as Chairman of the Council, while Vice President Kashim Shettima and the APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, will serve as Vice Chairmen. Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq are also named as Vice Chairmen.

According to the notice signed by the APC National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, Senator Abdulaziz Yari has been appointed as Director-General of the Council. Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Benjamin Kalu are appointed as Deputy Directors-General, while Senator Adams Oshiomhole will serve as Deputy Director-General in charge of Mobilisation.

Other key appointments include Femi Gbajabiamila for Administration, Ibrahim Kabir Masari for Logistics and Operations, former Speaker Aminu Masari for Parliamentary Mobilisation, Minister of Works David Umahi for Infrastructure Mobilisation and Sensitisation, and Hon. James Faleke for Election Planning, Coordination and Monitoring.

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State is appointed as Secretary of the Council, with Senator Ajibola Basiru as Deputy Secretary and Hadiza Bala Usman as Assistant Secretary.

The party also named Zonal Coordinators for the six geopolitical zones, with Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu listed for South-West, Governor Bassey Otu for South-South, and Governor Peter Mbah for South-East.

State Coordinators were also announced, with Wike appointed to coordinate campaigns in Rivers State and the FCT, Adeleke for Osun State, while Oborevwori was named Director of Finance. Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service, Zacch Adedeji, will coordinate fundraising.

The inauguration of the PBAT/APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council is scheduled for Wednesday, 14th October, 2026, at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, by 11:00 a.m.
