Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest businessman, has appointed his daughters to key executive roles within the Dangote Group as part of its succession plan. Halima Dangote will oversee the Family Office and international operations in Dubai and London, while Fatima Dangote will lead commercial operations in oil and gas. Mariya Dangote, the eldest, will head cement and foods businesses.

These appointments come as the Dangote Group targets a $100 billion valuation by 2030 and accelerates expansion of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals.
