The Kebbi State Police Command is working with the military to restore order after 33 people were killed in a violent cattle rustling incident in Bui District, Arewa Local Government Area. The attack, blamed on suspected Lakurawa militants from Sokoto State’s Gudu Local Government Area, has sparked intense security operations in the area.

Residents are being urged to report suspicious activity and avoid confronting armed groups directly. The police have promised to bring the perpetrators to justice and are working to prevent further incidents.
